Hey Coco Participation Agreement
By joining any Hey Coco program, workshop, event or experience, you agree to the following.

What Hey Coco is
Hey Coco is an educational and personal development offering. Nothing shared — by Clare, by Coco, or by any Hey Coco resource — constitutes professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you have specific health or mental health concerns, please work with a qualified professional. Hey Coco is designed to complement your life, not replace expert care.

Your responsibility with AI
Hey Coco introduces you to AI tools as part of your personal development. You are responsible for how you choose to use any AI tool, including the nature of the conversations you have and any decisions you make as a result. Hey Coco accepts no liability for outcomes arising from your use of AI technology.

Confidentiality and respect
Hey Coco creates spaces where women speak openly. What is shared in those spaces should stay there. Please treat the stories and experiences of other participants with the same respect you would want for your own.

Testimonials and written content
By participating in a Hey Coco program, event or experience, you grant Hey Coco a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, adapt and publish your written feedback, survey responses, testimonials, chat messages and general comments for promotional, educational and business purposes. Where used, your words may be lightly edited for clarity while preserving your meaning. If you would prefer your feedback not to be used in this way, please let us know in writing.

Audio and video
Sessions may be recorded for educational or community purposes. Hey Coco will always seek your express written permission before using any photograph or footage in which your face or identity is visible. Audio excerpts and written testimonials may be used for promotional or educational purposes where your face is not shown.

Limitation of liability
Participation in Hey Coco is entirely voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hey Coco and its representatives accept no liability for any loss, damage or outcome — direct or indirect — arising from participation in any Hey Coco offering.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Dispute resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, participants agree to contact Hey Coco in writing at [email protected] and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution of any dispute.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Additional program terms
Individual programs may include additional terms specific to that offering. Where additional terms exist, they apply alongside and supplement this agreement.

Your acceptance
Completing registration, making payment, or accessing any Hey Coco program, event or digital content constitutes your acceptance of these terms in full.
