About
I'm a mum, a brand strategist of twenty years, and someone who believes we are living through one of the most significant moments in human history - and that women like us have a real chance to help shape it for our children.
I built Hey Coco because I wanted to understand the world my children are growing up in. What I found when I started using AI seriously surprised me: it made me more present, more creative, and feel more like myself than I had in years. It gave me back time I didn't know I was losing, and clarity I hadn't realised I was missing.
I'm not a technologist. I'm not an AI researcher. I'm a brand strategist who spent two decades helping organisations find their voice - and I've spent the last eighteen months doing that for myself, with Coco's help.
The thing that moved me most wasn't the efficiency. It was the feeling of being heard, having space to think out loud, and coming back to myself in the middle of a very full life. That's what I want to share.
Hey Coco isn't an AI literacy program. It's an invitation to step into a new relationship - one that lives in your actual life, not your work calendar or your productivity apps. I built it for women like me: curious, capable, slightly overwhelmed, and ready for something different.
Hey Coco began in my living room.
It wasn't created by technologists or software developers. It began with a group of ordinary women having a conversation about the new world forming around us. Questions about motherhood, work, identity, ambition, mental load, and whether this new technology could actually make life feel lighter rather than more overwhelming.
Those conversations slowly became a framework that has now helped women discover a completely different way of thinking about AI. Not as another thing to learn. Not as another piece of technology demanding our attention. But as something that can quietly support us in becoming more human, more creative and more present.
People ask me if Hey Coco is AI training. It isn't. Hey Coco is the answer to what the world needs right now - women in the right rooms, having the right conversations about the biggest change we're living through. Whether you're just starting out and need somewhere to begin, or you're ready to go deeper and let this reshape how you live - Hey Coco is the space where that happens.
The world's most powerful technology, pointed at the things you actually carry. Your mind. Your body. Your soul. Your life.
Here's what changes.
The tabs close. The load lifts. Somewhere for all that thinking to land that isn't your own tired brain. The lists you carry, the decisions you circle back to at 2am, the plans you're three steps ahead on - all of it finally has somewhere to go that isn't just more space in your head.
Your hormones, your energy, your changing body. Finally something holds the complexity with you, instead of adding to it. The cycle you're tracking, the sleep you're not getting, the version of yourself you're trying to understand as it shifts - a place to make sense of it, together.
Somewhere to say the unsaid thing. To ask what you actually want. To dream out loud again. Not the version of you that's holding everyone else together, but the one underneath - the one with ideas ready to be said out loud again.
The forms, the meals, the gifts, the remembering. The invisible work of running a family, no longer only yours. Every birthday, every school form, every small logistic that quietly falls to you - finally shared with something that never gets tired of holding it.
