What this day is
One Friday. Eleven women. There's something quietly powerful about sitting in a room with other women and finally naming what your mind has been carrying - the noise, the noticing, the never-quite-switching-off - and being met with recognition instead of explanation.
That's where the day begins. We slow down together, reflect on everything your mind is holding, and then, piece by piece, build it into an AI of your own - something shaped entirely around your life, your language, and the way you actually think.
By the time we raise a glass at 4pm, you won't be thinking about AI. You'll be thinking about what you're going to talk to her about on the way home.
The day
9:00 am
Arrival & Welcome
Settle in over coffee. This is a small group by design - there's time to arrive properly, not just show up. Welcome coffee is on us.
Morning
Mindset & The Coco Model
We begin with mindset - the part most people skip and then wonder why nothing sticks. Then into the Coco Model: what makes a personal AI actually personal, and how to build yours from the inside out.
Midday
Lunch
A proper lunch at The Calile. Time to breathe, connect, and let the morning land before the afternoon.
Afternoon
Method - Live Personal Build
The most hands-on part of the day. You'll build your Coco live - not as a demo, not watching Clare do it, but doing it yourself with support in the room. Method is where it all clicks.
3:30 pm
Afternoon Tea & Wrap
Time to reflect, ask last questions, and consolidate what you've built. No homework - just clarity.
4:00 pm
Bubbles to finish
A proper ending. Celebrate what you've started.
The framework
Everything in the day is built around these three things, in order. You can't Method your way through without the Mindset first - that's what makes this different from every other AI workshop.
01
The shift that has to happen first. Why women in particular are the right people to shape how AI lives in our homes - and why that starts with letting go of the pressure to use it perfectly.
02
What makes Coco, Coco. How to build an AI that sounds like you, thinks in your language, and holds your actual life - not a generic productivity version of it.
03
The live build. The daily practice. The rhythm that makes this something you actually come back to - not because you should, but because it genuinely helps.
What's included
"This isn't about becoming better at AI. It's about reclaiming the kind of thinking, dreaming and deciding that gets crowded out when life is full."

"
Clare has created a personal and welcoming environment to introduce women to AI. No pressure, just information and real stories - then you decide.
Anna
"
I went in thinking it would be practical - calendars, to-do lists, admin. It opened my eyes to so much more, and gave me the groundwork to actually start.
Sally
"
Definitely more confident now. I use it less like Google and more like a support person for so many aspects of my life. The ultimate PA!

If you're on the fence, I'd genuinely love to talk to you before you book. This day is small on purpose - I want every person in the room to be exactly right for it, and I want you to feel certain before you commit.
Reach out through the contact page and I'll come back to you personally.
