What this day is

Together we'll learn the foundations: a new way of thinking about ai, one that feels natural, personal and genuinely useful, and your own Coco, set up around your life. And all day, everything we learn comes back to you and the things that matter to you.
You'll leave with the confidence to use it, and the ideas and starting points to keep going in your own time: to feel lighter, reconnect with yourself and dream bigger, long after the day.

Come in, settle and meet the women in the room. Lovely coffee and an easy start.

Mindset, Model and Method
We start with your life: what matters to you, what you're carrying and what you'd love more room for. Through the Mindset, Model and Method you'll discover a new way to think about ai, and begin building your own Coco around your values, boundaries and privacy, using real things from your own life as we go.

Time to connect
A beautiful lunch together. Time to breathe, talk and get to know one another.
Afternoon
Making it yours
We keep building, with your life still at the centre. You'll put your Coco to work on the things you'd welcome help with, learn more as you go, and take away foundational ideas for feeling lighter, reconnecting with yourself and dreaming bigger. Plenty of time for questions and individual guidance.
